On October 31, 2005, after nine months of meetings and planning, the Parkland Pregnancy Resource Center was born. Designed to provide care, education, and resources for women facing unexpected pregnancies; the PRC quickly outgrew its original location in Farmington, MO. Through the support of many local businesses and individuals, the PRC purchased a building in nearby Park Hills where it continues to serve the community with free first step pregnancy care and continuing parenting classes.
The PRC staff is committed to honoring Christ in our community by encouraging families to see the opportunities God has in store for them.
The Ministry of the PRC is possible because of the generous support of our community. Through donations, prayers, and volunteer hours; we are making a difference in the Parkland.
Boutique and Clothes Closet
Mothers have the opportunity to earn points to spend in the baby boutique for diapers and larger baby care items. Gently used Clothes Closet items are free for moms each week.
The PRC offers a variety of class opportunities for students, moms, dads, and even grandparents.
